#### [[Spiralling as revisiting learning with vigor]]
---
**spiraling**
is revisiting previous learning with vigor with another. Scaffolding is when a learner is socially acculturated with a more experienced adult or capable peer. Teachers have to be aware of the individual learner's capabilities and plan, select resources and use appropriate teaching strategies. For example, teachers have to be aware of their student's capabilities and pair her/him with others or explain/demonstrate directly.
Learning as a social activity is a key idea for Vygotsky and Bruner.
